Michael J. Bradley, Jr., MBA has thirty-two (32) years of experience performing physician-related financial and operational consulting for both independent medical practices and/or hospital-owned medical practices.

He routinely advises physician and health system clients on practice valuations, practice assessments, interim practice management and litigation support / expert testimony.

• Performed in excess of 500+ Practice Valuation engagements in any/all medical specialties for acquisitions, divestitures, partner buy-ins/buy-outs, financing needs, death, divorce, estate planning, etc.

• Performed numerous Practice Assessment engagements for medical practices that want to remain independent through revenue enhancement, expense reduction, improved staffing models, cultural and transformational changes, etc.

• Served as Interim CEO, CFO, COO, and Executive Director roles for large multi-specialty multi-location physician group practices during financially distressed periods and/or change in leadership situations.

• Expanded physician group practices by recruiting new providers, establishing new office locations, introducing new medical specialties and ancillary services.

• Outsourced and Insourced medical billing activities to improve cash flow and reduce days in accounts receivable.
