• Performed three new hospital start-ups, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, Urgent Care and Hospice handling over $75M in capital equipment, new staffing and startup costs

• Part of a national team that lead the implementation of a labor management program for clinical and ancillary Services valued in excess of $100M using advanced KPIs and Benchmarking

• Created tools to identify, evaluate and assess underperforming departments and services, assess operational effectiveness, readiness for change and evaluation of continuum of care

• Consulted in the redesign of Inpatient Units, Surgical areas and Multi Service Outpatient Centers

• Subject matter expertise in the perioperative care cycle for inpatient and outpatient surgical services
