DCCS-HPA works with ED and Hospitalist leadership to decompress the Emergency Department by improving patient flow.

Through an emphasis on improved ED/Hospitalists communication and Observation efficiencies, DCCS-HPA decreases decision to departure time for admitted ED patients and Observation hospitalizations resulting in higher patient satisfaction, and improved financial performance.
