DCCS is searching for an exceptional leader to join the team as the next Service Line Partner for DCCS Nursing Advisory Services.

After successful years as DCCS’s first Nursing Advisory Services Partner, Pat Sealing has decided to step down into a Senior Consultant’s role to enjoy more time with her family. Pat's transition has created an opening for a new DCCS Nursing Service Line Partner.

A DCCS Service Line Partner is responsible for managing complex client engagements by use of best practices and performance metrics working with our clients that range from large academic medical centers to small rural hospitals.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has excellent communication and analytical skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self-starter.

• Presents a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, leading-edge nursing practices, and a passion for patient-centered care.
